Raw, unfiltered, local honey produced in Hudson, MA. Hudson Hives harvests all of their honey in micro-batches, which helps to preserve the natural pollen, antioxidants, enzymes & amino acids that are otherwise lost in large-scale honey processing. 

This late summer variety is harvested after the bees have been collecting pollen from goldenrod, Japanese knotweed, cucumber, squash and pumpkin blossoms, along with herbs such as thyme, lavender, bee balm, and oregano. The resulting honey is rich, amber-colored, with earthy floral notes and a deep natural sweetness.

Hudson Hives’ Summer Wildflower Honey has become a customer favorite during allergy season.

Raw honey will crystalize, but don't worry! To re-liquify your honey, place the jar in warm water. Never microwave.
