Starfish Project helps exploited and trafficked women and girls in several countries in Asia gain freedom, independence, and careers by offering safe and dignified work in all areas of the business as well as an expansive holistic care program. All of the revenue from the jewelry sales go back into the program and allow Starfish Project staff to make weekly outreach visits to brothels to help women. Starfish Project is also proud to be a Fair Trade Federation member.
The Guiding Lights Necklace features six cobalt blue zircon stones set along an adjustable 16"-18" stainless steel silver-tone chain. It is a beautiful, quality, timeless piece that is still on trend!

Develop Careers
We provide specialized vocational training to help the women develop careers in fields such as design, photography and accounting.
Our standard program is two years. After two years, we offer a housing allowance to empower the women of Starfish to live independently and take greater responsibility for their lives. Starfish Project is committed to long-term, ongoing employment for every woman, so we offer continued employment after they move out of the shelter. Every woman’s situation can vary according to her needs, but that is our typical track.
